Client:  North East Brooklyn Housing Development

Location:  Brooklyn, NY

Project Goal:  Terrence O’Neal Architect LLC was retained to design the main offices of Northeast Brooklyn Housing, a local developer in the Bedford Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn. This office renovation project provided private office space for the Executive Director, Home Ownership Director, and Finance Director and much more functional work space for staff persons in each department. The addition of a new gallery space and waiting area are a highlight.
