PROJECT: NYCHA Entrances -St.Johns/Sterling, Brevoort, & Berry

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Project Goal: Terrence O’Neal Architect LLC completed the renovation / replacement of sixty-four (64) building entrances in Brooklyn and Staten Island for the New York City Housing Authority. All new entrances are stainless steel with laminated glass and electromagnetic locking entrance system. The vestibule doors were replaced with hollow metal doors and sidelights. Construction was completed in 2002. Cost: $2.3 million.
